Safe custody.—Every third party shall keep every fee receipt to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the furnishing of information relating to a third party is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every fee receipt so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Goa within seven days of the close of each year.
