Application for registration.—Every warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form GST RFD-01, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
