Intimation of change.—Every registered establishment shall intimate to the Registrar of the Commission, in Form E and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
