Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the coach shall apply to the State Sports Council in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the State Sports Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
