Surrender of certificate.—Every declarant of assets who ceases to carry on the declaration of assets and liabilities shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Information Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
