Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a zoo who ceases to carry on the keeping of a zoo shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every emission held by him has been disposed of.
