Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a zoo shall apply to the State Board in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the State Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
