Application for registration.—Every keeper of a zoo carrying on the keeping of a zoo shall make an application for registration to the State Board in Form III, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
