Intimation of change.—Every nursing home shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 19 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
