Surrender of certificate.—Every document writer who ceases to carry on the writing of instruments for reward shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every franking impression held by him has been disposed of.
