Surrender of certificate.—Every distribution licensee who ceases to carry on the distribution of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
