Application for registration.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark carrying on the import of goods bearing a registered mark shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form TM-A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees and a statement of every register of patents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
