Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any importer of goods bearing a mark dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Appellate Board in Form 5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every patent then held; and the Appellate Board shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
