Production of records.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall, on request by the Examiner of Trade Marks, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the import of goods bearing a registered mark is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any geographical indication not held at those premises.
