Surrender of certificate.—Every pension disbursing bank who ceases to carry on the disbursement of pensions shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controlling Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
