Grant of certificate of registration.—The Controlling Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of one hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 19 within seven days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every permanent retirement account stated in the application.
