Safe custody.—Every kazi shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the functions of a kazi is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within fourteen days of the close of each year.
