Surrender of certificate.—Every kazi who ceases to carry on the functions of a kazi shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register of deaths held by him has been disposed of.
