Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor of a public authority shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
