Intimation of change.—Every contractor of a public authority shall intimate to the Central Vigilance Commission, in Form A and within five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
