Application for registration.—Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application for registration to the Director of Agriculture in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every planting material held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
