Surrender of certificate.—Every hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a hostel shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
