Intimation of change.—Every customs house agent shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form SEZ-1 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
