Maintenance of premises.—Every customs house agent shall keep the premises where the clearance of goods for import or export is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of origin kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the clearance of goods for import or export, and shall furnish to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-2A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
