Application for registration.—Every operator of a home stay carrying on the running of a home stay shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form VII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of antiquities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
