Surrender of certificate.—Every conciliator who ceases to carry on the conduct of conciliation shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every statement of claim held by him has been disposed of.
