Safe custody.—Every counting agent shall keep every poster to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where attendance at the counting of votes is carried on, shall record in Form 2A the description of every poster so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Election Commission within seven days of the close of each year.
