Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser who ceases to carry on the conduct of a competition shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every calendar of events held by him has been disposed of.
