Application for registration.—Every data fiduciary carrying on the processing of personal data shall make an application for registration to the Certifying Authority in Form A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every digital signature held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
