Conditions of registration.—Every executor of a will shall carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of births in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of births for inspection on request by the Registrar of Marriages, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
