Application for registration.—Every digital locker service provider carrying on the provision of digital locker services shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every security audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
