Intimation of change.—Every digital locker service provider shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form C and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
