Surrender of certificate.—Every digital locker service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of digital locker services shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
