Records to be maintained.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall maintain, in Form B, a record of the holding of conferences attended by foreigners showing the particulars of every certificate of naturalisation received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within fourteen days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
