Application for registration.—Every organiser of a beauty contest carrying on the holding of a beauty contest shall make an application for registration to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form VII, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every inspection report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
