Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any organiser of a beauty contest dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every protection order then held; and the Juvenile Justice Board shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
