Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a beauty contest shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
