Safe custody.—Every aggregator shall keep every pension payment order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the enrolment of subscribers in a group is carried on, shall record in Form 31 the description of every pension payment order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal within sixty days of the close of each year.
