Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 19; and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ninety days of its receipt.
