Surrender of certificate.—Every aggregator who ceases to carry on the enrolment of subscribers in a group shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 31 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
