Records to be maintained.—Every donor to a political party shall maintain, in Form 6, a record of the making of donations to a political party showing the particulars of every account of election expenses received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within three days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
