Surrender of certificate.—Every society who ceases to carry on the running of a society shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
