Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any mediation service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Mediation Council in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record of proceedings then held; and the Mediation Council shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
