Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form F and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
