Application for registration.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant carrying on the processing of minerals shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
