Intimation of change.—Every trading licensee shall intimate to the Ombudsman, in Form IV and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
