Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form 35 and Form 10 shall be supplied by the Director General of Income-tax on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within thirty days of that date.
