Application for registration.—Every auctioneer carrying on the sale of goods by auction shall make an application for registration to the Government of Punjab in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every bill of lading held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
