Fees.—The fee of two thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Excise Officer by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the District Excise Officer shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
