Application for registration.—Every person drawing ground water carrying on the extraction of ground water shall make an application for registration to the River Basin Authority in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every reservoir held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
